Confidentiality & Privacy

We operate in strict HIPAA compliance.  All information that we store is secured according to strict standards.  We do not view your information or maintain records unless we must do so in the course of service.  We do not disclose any information about you, your business, technology, network, or customers to any 3rd party unless we have a written agreement or legal obligation to do so.

When you submit sensitive information via this website, you will be required to do so via an SSL encrypted form.  We take precautions to protect our customers' information both on-line and off-line.  Minimal information is stored on the SWDOIT web server to ensure the integrity of our information systems.  Database servers are housed and maintained in secure locations.

We conduct all of our business operations under a set of strict security requirements.  Information about internal security policies, processes, and devices utilized by SWDOIT may be made available during consultation or referenced at our business location, but will never be provided in writing unless legally required to do so.  We have a very simple reason for this policy: Any 3rd party attempting to breach our security must first have a knowledge of the security devices, configuration information, the layout of our networks, or find an exploit for a procedure.

Standards are strictly enforced at every possible level to protect our customers.  We only provide information to 3rd parties at your request as written, or as required by law.  We will sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request.  We reserve the right to request utilization of reference information for our business purposes, but will only utilize information when provided with signed documentation.
